Bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

The following rules regarding bonuses and promotions are mandatory:

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per person.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus conditions may result in the entire bonus being cancelled.
• Promotional offers have a set expiry date — unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.
